These are not the main characters of Tokyo Babylon, and they don't go on to appear in X/1999 as many of the others do. But for me, this is the climactic moment of the story, as we get to see the subway killer right up close. I saw this cel and was thoroughly mesmerized by its raw power before I knew where it came from. Scary, scary dude!
